Our Plot

   Our plot revolves around being self reflective, we know we are filming a music video and the band are mimicking overly indie or pop bands who take themselves too seriously, reinforcing the working class, outgoing and humorous image Little Comets possess. This is why throughout we have "obnoxious band members" on signs.

  But we also have a narrative, as most indie videos do, which is that the band are there to cheer the girl (the damsel in distress) up. They do this by finding friends around the house, an element of humour, and bringing her gifts but she's only happy when she gets her boy. They then dance, referring to the name of the song: 'Dancing Song' and leave.
